Maverick City Music Bio
Maverick City Music is a collective that plays contemporary worship music. It was established in the year 2019 in the city of Atlanta, Georgia. The members of the band are as follows: Alton Eugene, Naomi Raine, Chandler Moore, Dante Bowe, Brandon Lake, Maryanne J. George, Aaron Moses, Harold Brown, and Joe L. Barnes. Their singles "Man of Your Word" and "Promises" are primarily responsible for their widespread popularity. They were shortlisted for four Grammys that year, including Best Gospel Album and Best Gospel Performance/Song for their work in the genre. They are up for three GMA Dove Awards in the year 2021 thanks to the nominations they received. Additionally, it wasn't until 2022 that they released their seventh extended play titled "Breathe."
