Callista Clark is an American country music singer and songwriter who was born on September 29, 2003, in Zebulon, Georgia. She began singing when she was a child and by the age of 10, she already played the ukulele and began playing the guitar at the age of 11. She wrote her first song at just 11 years old, which was titled “Wildfire” and a year later she was invited to perform at the 4-H event with Jennifer Nettles. She jumped to fame in 2007 when she posted a video of herself singing Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Have You Ever Seen the Rain?” on Facebook. The video went viral, and it currently has over 29 million reproductions. In 2018 she signed with Machine Records and released her first EP titled “Real to me” in 2020. The single “It’s Cause I Am”, included in the EP, became a radio success and it ranked no. 27 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart. That same year, she became the open artist for the Chris Young Famous Friends tour.
