Alfa Mist Bio
Alfa Mist is a British musician, producer, songwriter, and DJ, born in 1991 and raised in the London neighborhood of Newham. He began creating music when he was 15 years old, dabbling in hip-hop and grime. He spent the early 2010s posting some of his first compositions to the Soundcloud music streaming service and interacting with a network of similar musicians, including long-term collaborators Jordan Rakei, Tom Misch, and Barney Artist. Nocturne, his first solo full-length project, was released in 2015, while Antiphon, Alfa's breakout record, was released in 2017. Millions of people have listened to music on YouTube and Spotify. On April 23, 2021, Alpha released the album Bring Backs on the American record label Anti-. He has performed at 2021 We Out Here Festival and was a nominee for the 2021 MOBO Awards.
