Pablo Schreiber is a Canadian American actor. He was born as Pablo Tell Schreiber, on the 26th of April, 1978, in rural British Columbia, Canada. He began his acting career in theaters, and in 2006, he was nominated at the Tony Awards for his Broadway debut on “Awake and Sing!” directed by Bartlett Sher. He proceeded to play small roles in movies like “Bubble Boy” in 2001 and the “Manchurian Candidate” in 2004, a political thriller starring Denzel Washington. He has played in more than 20 movies since then, such as “Tell-Tale”, in 2009, “Happy Thank You More Please”, in 2010, “All Summers End”, in 2017 and “The Devil has a Name” in 2019. He has also played in more than 15 television series, and some of his most popular characters are Nick Sobotka on the series “The Wire” and George Mendez on “Orange Is the New Black”.
