Mitchell Bryan Schwartz is a professional American football player. He plays on the position offensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). Born on June 8, 1989, in Pacific Palisades, California, Mitchell Schwartz started playing football while attending the Palisades Charter High School in his hometown. He was the captain of his high school team. Mitchell Schwartz was a two-time All-Star “underclassman” pick and in 2005 earned the All-Western League and All-City honors. In 2006, he was the 2006 California Interscholastic Federation Los Angeles City Offensive Lineman of the Year and had received the Prepstar 2006 All-West Region honors. He attended the University of California, Berkley, where he continued playing college football for the Berkley’s Golden Bears. In 2016, he signed a contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, and with that, he became one of the highest-paid right tackles in the NFL.
