Shalom Brune-Franklin is an actress born on 18th August 1994 in St Albans, England. She is widely recognized for portraying Private Maisie Richards in the military drama series “Our Girl”. She started taking drama classes when she was still in high school and later decided to pursue a career in acting. She auditioned at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and was later named the most outstanding student. Brune-Franklin made her film debut in 2013 with the short film “Dinner Date”, playing the role of Jennifer.
In 2015, she played Chocolate Dealer in the film “Trytophan”. The following year, she appeared in the film “Swiss Avalanche” as Holly. Her television debut came in 2016 with the drama miniseries “Barracuda”. From 2016 to 2017, she portrayed Aoife in the series “Doctor Doctor”. Brune-Franklin also made theatrical appearances in the plays “The Grapes of Wrath” in 2014, “The Playboy of Western World” in 2015, and “Girl Shut Your Mouth” in 2016.
