Alice Phoebe Lou was born in 1993 and is a South African singer and songwriter, now primarily located in Berlin. Singing and playing guitar to earn money as she travelled, she performed in Germany all over stations and parks, gaining a live studio appearance after being seen on the street.
Releasing her debut EP Momentum, containing the song Fiery Heart, Fiery Mind, which later was featured in the soundtrack of a film, Ayanda, which led her to play in venues such as TEDx, and toured at the SXSW festival and opened for Rodriguez in 2016. She then released her debut album Orbit and more recently her song She was featured in a film that was considered for an Academy Award.
