Luis Moncada is a talented and versatile actor best known for his captivating performances in a variety of film and television projects. He was born in Honduras on July 18, 1977. Moncada immigrated to the United States with his family when he was young and grew up in Los Angeles, California.
Luis began his acting career in the late 1990s with small roles in films such as The Fast and the Furious and Training Day, however, it was his portrayal of the villainous hitman Marco Salamanca in the critically acclaimed series Breaking Bad that brought him widespread recognition and praise. He starred in the series alongside Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Bob Odenkirk, and Giancarlo Esposito.
Luis has also had recurring roles in the TV series Better Cal Saul, Flipped, Queen of the South, Southland, and Moonlight. His filmography includes Chop Shop, K-11, So B. It, The Night Is Young, and Street Level.
