MacKenzie Porter is a Canadian country musician, singer and actress who was born on January 29, 1990, in Medicine Hat, Alberta. She began her career in the entertainment industry as an actress in 2007 when she was part of the children’s series “Dinosapien”. After some years with small roles in both TV shows and movies including “Hell on Wheels”, “Finding a Family” and “45 R.P.M.”, she got her first starring role in 2016 in the famous Netflix TV series “Travelers” alongside Eric McCormack and Nesta Cooper. Besides her acting career, she also began a musical career as a country singer in 2012 with the release of the single titled “I Wish I’d Known”. Her first album is titled MacKenzie Porter and was released in 2014, which was followed by her first EP titled Drinkin' Songs: The Collection in 2020.
