Destroy Boys Bio
Destroy Boys is an American punk rock band that was formed in 2015 in Sacramento, California. The current members of the band are vocalist and guitarist Alexia Roditis, guitarist and vocalist Violet Mayugba, and drummer Narsai Malik. The same year the band was formed they released their first EP titled Mom Jeans. The following one came out in 2016 and it was called Grimester, which was followed by the release of the album Sorry, Mom later that year. This album has their most popular song, called “I Threw Glass at My Friend’s Eyes and Now I’m on Probation”, which has over 31 million reproductions on Spotify. They then released the singles titled “Methatonin” and “Gold Medal” in 2017. That same year the band received a triple nomination as New Artist, Punk/post-punk, and Teen at the Sacramento Area Music Awards. In 2018 they released four new singles titled “Crybaby”, “Vixen”, “American River” and “Soundproof” which were followed by their second album called Make Room. The third album came out in 2021 and it was called Open Mouth, Open Heart. They currently have over 1.1 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
