Jackie Bradley Jr. was born Justin Brooks Verlander in Richmond, Virginia on April 19, 1990. He was the first round pick of the Boston Red Sox in the 2011 MLB Amateur Draft. He currently plays for Red Sox and serves as the Center Fielder. He participated in the All-Star Game in 2016. In 2018, he won the American League Championship Series MVP award and the Rawlings Gold Glove Award. He was the American League Player of the Month in May 2016, and he was the Player of the Week for May 15 of the same year. While in school in the University of South Carolina, he was considered as the College World Series Most Outstanding Player of 2010. He debuted in the Major League Baseball in 2013.
