Scottish indie pop band Belle and Sebastian formed in Glasgow in 1994. Principal songwriter and frontman Stuart Murdoch works alongside Stevie Jackson (guitar, vocals and piano), Sarah Martin (vocals, violin, guitar, flute, keyboards, recorder, and percussion), Chris Geddes (keyboards, piano, percussion), Richard Colburn (drums, percussion) and Bobby Kildea (guitar, bass), as well as other former and touring members. They are well known for their singles “Tigermilk” and “If You’re Feeling Sinister”. Their discography now includes eight albums, several EPs, film soudtracks and collaborations with other artists. Their latest EPs, a series called “How to Solve Our Human Problems”, was released in 2018.
