Flight Facilities Bio
Flight Facilities is an Australian ARIA Award- winning electronic music duo from New South Wales. They began to work together around 2009, before moving to Sydney. The duo consists of Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell, and sometimes they also perform under the stage name Hugo & Jimmy. Their first original single co-written with Giselle Rosselli “Crave You” was released in 2010 and it got very positive reviews. On the same year, they started touring across Australia, before playing in several Japan cities. Their first single peaked at number 19 in the Triple J Hottest 100 Chart. The next year, they released their second single “Foreing Language” which made it to the top 100 Australian Single Chart. In 2015 they released their first album “Down to Earth” which was nominated at the ARIA as Album of the Year and Best Dance Release. In 2016 their record “Live With the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra” won an ARIA Award in the category Best Classical Album.
