Elias Dummer is a Canadian songwriter, musician, singer and writer, best known for being the founding member and lead singer of the Christian group The City Harmonic. He started the band in 2009 alongside Aaron Powell, as guitarist, Eric Fusilier as bassist, and Joshua Vanderlaann as drummer. In 2010, the band released their debut EP “Introducing the City Harmonic”. Their debut album “I Have A Dream” reached number 2 in the Billboard Top Christian Albums. Two years later, they released their third album “Heart” which reached number 3 in the Billboard Top Christian Albums. In 2015, Dummer co-produced a documentary about the social impact of local Hamilton churches in the community, called “We Are the City Harmonic”. In 2017, the band The City Harmonic split, and Dummer moved to Tennessee. In 2019, Dummer released the single “Enough” which reached number 26 in the Billboard Christian Airplay and number 7 in the Billboard Hot Christian Songs.
