YouTuber and actor, Erik Conover, was born on 21st October 1989 in New Jersey. An avid athlete, he earned a scholarship to attend a university where he acquired a degree in public advocacy and rhetoric. However, acting was his primary passion which urged him to move to New York where he looked for acting gigs. He also worked in several other industries. Without much luck, he turned to YouTube where he wanted to give his love for producing specialized content a shot. It started with a vlog about his trip to Japan which was visually stunning, drawing in tens of thousands of views. He then uploaded his first apartment tour video in New York which became one of the most watched videos with over 1.3 million views. It also caught the attention of Million Dollar Listing New York host, Ryan Serhant’s attention who invited Conover to film a luxury home in Chelsea. This led to his brand, ‘Luxury Listings’ which featured stars like Chris Hemsworth, and the rest is history.
