Jazz Jennings Bio
Jazz Jennings is a YouTube star born on 6th October 2000 in Florida, United States. She is transgender, having been diagnosed with gender dysphoria at a young age. She was however brought up as a girl and often on television with her parents to share the challenges of growing up as a transgender. Jennings’ story has been documented in television series like “Rosie how” and “20/20”.
She was included in Time Magazine’s list of 25 Most Influential Teens in 2014. She featured alongside fellow LGBTQ activist Chaz Bono on “The Rosie Show”. In 2011, a documentary about her life, titled “I Am Jazz: A Family In Transition” was aired on The Oprah Winfrey Network. In 2014, she was a guest at the GLAAD Media Awards. The following year, she appeared in Johnson & Johnson’s commercial for Clean & Clear.
