London Grammar is an English dream pop band from Nottingham. It was formed in 2009 by Hannah Reid, Dan Rothman and Dominic Major. They released their debut EP “Metal & Dust” in 2013 under Metal & Dust Recordings, and in the same year, they released their debut album “If You Wait”. They also collaborated on Disclosure‘s album “Settle”, in 2013. The album was a huge success and it reached number two on the UK Albums Chart, and it also got certified double-platinum. Their second full-length album “Truth Is A Beautiful Thing” produced by Paul Epworth and Greg Kurstin, was released in 2017, reaching number one on the UK Albums Chart. In 2017, the BBC’s series “Peaky Blinders” used London Grammar’s cover of Chris Isaak’s song “Wicked Games” in their trailers. The band has won several awards such as Independent Breakthrough of the Year at the 2014 AIM Independent Music Awards.
