Her career began as a Trainee Account Executive at Publicis where she began to work with prominent clients like L’Oreal and Royal Doulton. She started a startup website titled coolwhite.com in 2000 to provide a wedding director on a pay-per-click basis. In three years, it became quite the success and was featured in ‘The Chiswick’. In 2003, she quit her job and focused on her business, ‘Your Local Fair’ which was a series of premium events in affluent parts of London. This led to notonthehighstreet.com with Sophie Cornish which became an award winning digital marketplace. Tucker launched Holly & Co in 2007 which provides online and offline workshops for independent business owners. The Congregation of Inspiration, an event hosted by the company, was named one of the most creative events for small business in Europe.
