Sean Murray is an actor born on 15th November 1977 in Bethesda, Maryland, United States. He is best known for playing Special Agent Timothy McGee in the police procedural television series “NCIS”. Sean started his career in 1991, playing the role of Joe Jr. in the comedy film “Backfield in Motion”. That same year, he portrayed Chris Conway in an episode of the legal drama film “Civil Wars”. In 1992, he appeared in the short film “Too Romantic” as Tim.
The following year, he appeared in the films “Hocus Pocus”, “River of Rage: The Taking of Maggie Keene”, and “This Boy’s Life”. In 1994, he joined the cast of the television series “Harts of the West”, playing the role of Zane Grey Hart. His other notable appearances include “ER” in 1995, “Fall into Darkness” in 1996, “For My Daughter’s Honor” in 1996, “Touched by an Angel” in 1999, “Spring Break Lawyer” in 2001, “The Random Years” in 2002, and “NCIS” in 2003.
