Connor Jessup is a Canadian actor, writer, director, and producer, born on June 23, 1994, in Toronto, Canada. He is best known for his role in the 2011 sci-fi series Falling Skies, and ABC’s 2015 drama American Crime. He made his acting debut in an episode of The Jon Dore Show in 2007.
Connor made his film debut in 2012 in the drama Blackbird alongside Alexia Fast. Other popular works include the 2001 series The Saddle Club, and in 2015 Closet Monster alongside Aaron Abrams. He directed the 2018 documentary A.W. A Portrait of Apichatpong Weerasethakul for the Criterion Collection. He has written and directed several shorts including the 2015 drama Boy, and 2017’s Lira’s Forest. Connor also runs a production company called Big & Quiet Pictures together with producer Ashley Shields-Muir. He is the executive producer of the micro-budget film Amy George in 2011.
