Rayland Baxter Bio

Rayland Baxter was born on 29th September, 1983. in Bon Aqua, Tennessee, United States. He is a singer, musician, songwriter, artist, and performer. Country, pop/rock, and blues are his musical specialties, and his style is alternative/indie rock, alt-country, alternative singer/songwriter, roots rock, and indie rock. Baxter rose to national attention in 2012 with his debut “Feathers & FishHooks”. Some of his song highlights are “Yellow Eyes”, “Without Me”, “Strange American Dream”, “Angeline”, “Rugged Lovers”, “Memories of Old HIckory”, “Objects in the Mirror”, “Come Back to Earth”, and many more. Baxter’s lyrics reflect on the experiences he had in his life. He got his first guitar as a present from his father when he was in the third grade, but started getting serious about music when he was 21 years old. On television and films, he is known for his work and appearances on “I Saw the Light”, “Last Call with Carson Daly”, “The Attic Sessions”, “More Than the Music”, etc.
