Alejandro Aranda, who is better known for his professional stage name, Scarypoolparty, is an American singer, musician, and reality television personality. He is known for his solo music and for being the runner up in the seventeenth season of the American singing competition, American Idol. Since leaving American Idol, he has become a sought-after artist, selling out shows and selling out his entire 2019 tour within minutes, and even securing a performance at Lollapalooza. He debuted an album called Exit Form in November of 2019 to much critical acclaim. As of February of 2020, he is on tour with the Dave Matthews Band and Tim Reynolds. Scarypoolparty was born as Alejandro Aranda in Pomona, California on August 11, 1995.
