James Haskell, whose full name is James Andrew Welbon Haskell, is a retired British rugby union player and social media personality who was born on April 2, 1985, in Windsor, Berkshire, England. He began his professional career as a rugby player in 2002 playing for the Wasps, where he stayed until 2009 but returned from 2013 to 2018. A year later he announced he decided to retire from the sport. He also played for the England national team. After he retired, he began a career on social media. He has several podcasts, among which stand out “Couples Quarantine” and “The Good, The Bad and The Rugby”. He also appeared on some mainstream shows including the 19th season of “I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!”, “The Chase” and “Question of Sport”. He has also released his autobiography called “What a Flanker”, which is a Sunday Times bestseller, and some other fitness and nutrition books.
