Olivia Liang Bio

Olivia Liang is an actress and director born in the United States. After earning a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California San Diego, she went to UCLA for an acting program. She starred in a short film, Handle With Care: A Holiday Story from Wong Fu Productions.

Olivia has worked as a brand ambassador for the Mejuri jewelry company. She featured as a Teacher Assistant in an episode of Grey's Anatomy. She portrayed Wendy in the mini-series Dating After College. In 2017, she starred in an episode of One Day at a Time as Suehee. In 2018, she landed the role of Alyssa Chang in The Vampire Diaries spin-off, Legacies.

In 2019, she appeared in Tamron Hall. Olivia has been featured in Glamour Magazine, New York Times, and WWD. In 2021, she starred as the protagonist, Nicky Shen, in The CW's martial arts action-adventure series Kung Fu. She has been nominated for the Best Actress in an Action Series at the Critics Choice Super Awards. She has worked alongside Jon Prasida, Gavin Stenhouse, and Kheng Hua Tan. In 2021, she was featured in Scooby-Doo, Where Are You Now!
