Vicetone is a Dutch EDM duo that was formed in 2012 in Groningen, the Netherlands. The duo was formed by childhood friends Ruben den Boer (DJ and producer) and Victor Pool (DJ and producer).
Vicetone signed to the Monstercat label and dropped their debut single Harmony in 2012. Prior to that, they have also remixed hits by Adele, Maroon 5, and Calvin Harris. They have also collaborated with vocalists, releasing Heartbeat in 2013. The single featured Collin McLoughlin. They released tracks on popular labels like Spinnin’ Records, Revealed Records, and Ultra Records in 2014. They have also performed in popular festivals like Ultra Music Festival and TomorrowWorld Festival.
The duo’s debut EP, Aurora, was released on Spinnin' Records in April 2016. That same year, they released the single Nevada featuring American singer/actress Cozi Zuehlsdorff. The single was a major streaming hit and was followed by the Tony Igy collaboration Astronomia. In 2018, the duo collaborated with Zuehlsdorff for the second time to drop Way Back. Walk Thru Fire was also released featuring Meron Ryan.
Their debut full-length album Legacy appeared in 2021.
