Rudimental Bio
Originating from England is the band Rudimental, a quartet that is made up of Piers Agget, Amir Amor, Kesi Dryden, and Leon Rolle, who goes by the name of DJ Locksmith. Rudimental released their debut single in early 2011 entitled “Deep in the Valley”, which they followed a few months later with “Speeding”. As a promotion for their debut album, the band released the track “Spoons” in 2012, which preceded their studio full length Home. Though the album did not chart, songs from Home were played on the radio quite a few times. That year, however, they were able to release the single “Feel the Love”, which debuted in the UK at #1 and granted them the success they sought. Rudimental would follow up with this initial success with a few more charting singles, and eventually kicked off their Home tour in promotion of their work. They won a BRIT Award in 2014.
