Mau P Bio
Mau P, real name Maurits Westveen, is a DJ born on 26th October 1996 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He is one of the rising stars in the house music scenes. He eats, breathes, lives and sleeps music. Raised in a house full of skilled musicians, Mau P started playing musical instruments at a young age. He developed a keen interest in dance music when he was 14 years old. Today, he channels his creativity, talent, and amazing skillset in music products and DJing.
Westveen is ready to take the sound of Amsterdam to other parts of the world. In 2022, he released his first single, titled “Drugs from Amsterdam” under the Repopulate Mars, one of the leading recording labels in the Netherlands. That same year, he released “Drugs from Amsterdam (Reinier Zonneveld Remix”. In 2023, he released the single “Gimme That Bounce”.
