Veronica Scopelliti, better known as Noemi, is an Italian singer, songwriter, and TV personality who performs pop and soul music. She was born in Rome, Italy, on January 25, 1982.
Noemi began her music career in 2007 with the release of her debut single Briciole, but she became famous in 2009 when she competed in the second season of the competitive reality series X Factor Italia. Later that year, she released her debut studio project, the EP Noemi. Noemi’s discography includes the hit singles MAKUMBA, Glicine, Ti amo non lo so dire, Sono solo parole, Vuoto a perdere, HULA-HOOP, and the albums Metamorfosi, La Luna, and Cuore d’artista.
Noemi was featured in the album Festival di Sanremo alongside fellow musical artists Maneskin, Marco Mengoni, and Anna Oxa.
