Bill Weir Bio
William Francis Weir, known as Bill Weir, is an American news anchor, journalist, and TV personality best known for his work in television. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, on December 19, 1967.
Bill began his news broadcasting career in the early 1990s when he worked at KAAL, WLUK, WGN, and t KABC-TV, but he became famous in 2004 when he joined ABC News and became one of the main anchors on the show ABC News Nightline.
Bill joined CNN in 2013, and he has since been a regular on the shows The Wonder List with Bill Weir, At This Hour with Kate Bolduan, The Lead with Jake Tapper, Erin Burnett OutFront, Anderson Cooper 360°, and New Day, which also features Chris Cuomo, Alisyn Camerota, John Berman, and Sanjay Gupta.
