Pharoh Cooper, born on March 7, 1995, in Havelock, North Carolina, is an American football player, playing for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL) on the position of a kick returner. He attended Havelock High School in his hometown, where he started playing football, playing on the positions of quarterback, wide receiver, running back, and defensive back. He then proceeded to play college football while attending the University of South Carolina, on the positions of the defensive back only to later move to play as wide receiver. Pharoh Cooper was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, signing a four-year contract with them. After being released by the Los Angeles Rams in 2018, he joined the Arizona Cardinals, before being released by them and joining the Cincinnati Bengals. He then rejoined the Arizona Cardinals in October 2019.
