Big Wild Bio
Big Wild is an electronic DJ, producer, composer, and engineer from Massachusetts. Starting in his early teen years, he developed a fascination with electronic music and released tracks under the moniker JBeatz when he was fourteen. In 2015 he got his big break when the Seattle-based electronic music duo ODESZA took a liking to Wild’s Soundcloud releases and requested he open for them on tour.
Relocated to California, he took on the name Big Wild and toured producer artists including GRiZ, Tycho, Pretty Lights, and Bassnectar. Signing to the Foreign Family Collective label favored by his mentor band ODESZA, he released the “Invincible” EP in 2017. He’s also done remixes of material from Gallant, Zhu, CHVRCHES, Hundred Waters, GRiZ, and Sylvan Esso.
