Deone Bucannon Bio
Deone Bucannon was born Deone Ariel Bucannon in Oakland, California on August 30, 1992. He was the first round, 27th overall pick of the Arizona Cardinals in the 2014 NFL Draft. The Arizona Cardinals signed him to a four-year contract amounting to $7.7 million with a $3.92 million signing bonus. He serves as the linebacker of the team and wears shirt No. 20 Prior to going pro; he played college football at Washington State University.
Bucannon was part of the NFL All-Rookie Team. He has also been the Player of the Week for Week 15 NFC Defensive in 2015. During his senior year, he was named first-team All-American selection and first team All-Pac-12. He was one of the top safety prospects in the NFL Draft.
