Matt Bellassai is an American writer and comedian, growing up in the Chicago suburban area, he studied journalism at Northwestern University and moved to New York, joining BuzzFeed as a humour list writer and he is best known for his presence on social media and starring role in the BuzzFeed web series Whine About It, which was a hit, attracting 3.5 million viewers each week.
Putting his hit web show on hiatus recently, the Internet comedian has recently signed with talent agency CAA and will be writing a book of essays, a podcast, exploring television opportunities and a live comedy tour. Continuing to be a strong influencer and comedic presence on social media, the comedian has had great success so far.
