Caroline Cecil, better known as Whipped Cream, is a Canadian DJ/producer, born on December 25, 1992, in Toronto, Canada. She is best known for producing and playing hip-hop-influenced dark bass music. She began making music as a teenager. In 2017, Caroline released her EP titled Persistence on Skrillex's label Nest HQ.
The lead single, Ignorant, has received millions of plays and caught the attention of some of the biggest players in electronic music. Her debut major-label EP, Who Is Whipped Cream? was released on August 21, 2020, through Big Beat and Atlantic. The album includes collaborations with Jasiah, Lil Keed, and Finn Askew. The song So Thick appeared on the Birds of Prey movie soundtrack. The Toronto-born was featured number two on Noiseporn's Five Female Producers You Should Know and on NEST HQ's Best of 2017: Who to watch.
