Q Money Bio

Q Money is the stage name of the American rapper Qamar Williams. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 5, 1995. Williams started rapping at a young age and while he was in high school he was taking piano lessons and played in his school band. Before his music career, he worked as a lifeguard. He started recording in the studio with his friends and decided to focus more on his music. He started releasing music online in 2016. Some of his earliest songs are “First Song Back” and “Q Moneyy Prive.” He became well known in 2017 after the release of his hit single “Work.” Within several months the song was streamed over a million times on Soundcloud and the music video has been viewed over 6 million times on YouTube. He released his debut mixtape in 2018 titled Neva Had Sh*t. The album features a collaborations with the artists Moneybagg Yo, Money Man, and YFN Lucci. He released his second mixtape shorty after titled Ain’t Shit Funny.
