Teni Bio
Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entertainer who was born on December 23, 1992.
Teni was born in the state of Lagos. Niniola, a Nigerian singer, is her younger sister. She graduated from Apata Memorial High School and went on to American InterContinental University to study business administration.
At the 2018 Headies Awards, Teni was named Rookie of the Year, and at the 2018 Nigeria Entertainment Awards, she was named Most Promising Act to Watch. At the 2018 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival, she was also named Best New Artist.
On NotJustOk's list of the 10 Hottest Artists in Nigeria, she was ranked eighth. Premium Times named her one of the six Nigerian breakout stars and viral sensations of 2018.
