Dalilah Muhammad is an American track and field athlete who competes in 400 m hurdles and 4×400 m relay events. She was born in Jamaica, Queens, New York, United States, on February 7, 1990.
Dalilah spent her formative years with the track teams at Benjamin N. Cardozo High School and the University of Southern California, and she began her professional career after graduating from USC. She has since had a decorated career that has seen her win two gold medals at the 2019 Doha World Championships, gold medals at the 2017 and 2018 Diamond League competitions, a gold medal at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, and a gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in the 4×400 m relay event, in a team that featured Allyson Felix, Sydney McLaughlin, and Athing Mu.
