Catherine Leigh Osterman, better known as Cat Osterman, is an American retired professional softball player who plays as a pitcher in the National Pro Fastpitch. She was born in Houston, Texas, United States, on April 16, 1983.
Cat began her professional softball career in 2007 when she signed with Rockford Thunder in the National Pro Fastpitch, and after two seasons with the side, Cat joined the USSSA Pride in 2010. She represented the USSSA Pride until 2015. Cat is also known for her extensive career with the U.S. national softball squad, competing in three Olympic Games.
She won silver at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games with a U.S. team that also included Monica Abbott, Ali Aguilar, and Amanda Chidester.
