Patricia Kaas is a popular French actress and singer. She was born on December 5, 1966, in Forbach, Lorraine, France. Patricia Kaas started her career as a singer at the age of thirteen, but she released her first big hit in 1987, called Lady Sings the Blues. Shortly after her first single, she released her debut album called Mademoiselle chante… which was charted at number two on the French album charts for two months. Her first tour lasted for sixteen months. She has released ten studio albums and many famous hit singles. Patricia Kaas has sold over seventeen million records worldwide, having her greatest success in Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Russia, Korea, Finland, and many other countries. She also represented her home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia, and finished in the eight place.
