Lukas Graham Bio
Lukas Forchhammer is the creator of the band Lukas Graham out of Copenhagen Denmark. Forchhammer, a resident of the famous Christiana area in Copenhagen, was 8 years old when he joined the Copenhagen boys choir and developed a love of classical music and worked to achieve a highly trained voice. The band’s self-titled debut album released April 1st 2016 and features hits like ‘7 Years’, ‘Better Than Yourself, and ‘Drunk in the Morning’. All of the band mates are childhood friends and the band is named Lukas Graham because Graham was his father’s middle name. The group is now signed to Warner Brothers records, and has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live singing ‘7 Years’. The band’s hit song ‘7 Years’ reached number 2 on Billboard Hot 100. The song reached number one in the United States, Australia, Belgium, New Zealand, Ireland and the UK.
