Mary Elizabeth Bio
Mary Darling (A Fab Life) was born in the 1960’s and grew up in Minnetonka, Minnesota. She is a Canadian businesswoman and television producer. In 1999, she joined WestWind Pictures, which was a small film and television industry at the time she joined. Darling helped transform them into a major player in the Canadian film and television industry. In 1997, she became a partner and executive producer there. She attended Redeemer University College from 2013 to 2017 to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Theater Arts. Notable works of hers include Designer Guys and Little Mosque on the Prairie.
In 2007, Darling won the Women in Film and Television International Award for International Achievement: Excellence in Innovation. She was also nominated in various awards and honors – Gemini Award for Best Reality Program or Series, Gemini Award for Best Practical Information Series, and Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television Award for Best Comedy Series.
