Blake Anderson was born March 2, 1984 in Sacramento, California. He moved to Los Angeles to pursue comedy and worked with the Upright Citizen Brigade and The Groundlings. While attending Orange Coast College, he met his future co-star Adam DeVine. In 2006, Anderson, Adam DeVine, Anders Holm and Kyle Newachek formed a comedy group called Mail Order Comedy. They all star in the Comedy Central show Workaholics and also have a YouTube series. Anderson has made appearances in several shows like Entourage, House, Community, Arrested Development and Parks and Recreation. He had a recurring role in Traffic Light. He has also had small roles in various films such as National Lampoon’s The Legend of Awesomest Maximus (2011) and Dope (2015).
