NAO Bio
NAO was born in December of 1987 in Nottingham, England. Her music career started when she became the backup singer for Kwabs and Jarvis Cocker. She sang for 6 years in an all-girl group called The Boxettes, lasting up until 2014. In October of 2014, she released her first EP called So Good and the song made it onto the BBC Radio 1 and BBC 1xtra playlists in the United Kingdom. In 2015, she released another EP. In 2016, she released her debut album.
