Oxide & Neutrino Bio
Oxide & Neutrino are a British DJ and MC duo based out of London, England. Its members consist of Alex Rivers, born in 1982 in Isleworth, England, and Mark Oseitutu, born in 1982 in Brixton, England. The group specialize in the genre of UK Garage. They released their first single, “Bound 4 Da Reload (Casualty)” in 2000. The single entered in at number 1 on the UK Singles Chart. The EP, The Solid Sound of the Underground was released in the same year. The track “Shoot to Kill” appeared in the movie Ali G Indahouse. They released 2 more albums in 2001 and 2002 called Execute and 2 Stepz Ahead. The album Execute charted in at number 11 on the UK Albums Chart and was certified platinum. Oxide & Neutrino are both members of a UK garage group called the So Solid Crew and took a break until 2007 to play with their other group. In 2007 they returned to the music scene under the Oxide & Neutrino moniker and released a new single called “What R U”.
