Jack David Laugher MBE, known as Jack Laugher, is an English professional diver who represents Great Britain in international competitions. He was born in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England, on January 30, 1995.
Jack began competing in international diving events at a junior level, but he officially began his senior career in 2012 when he was selected to represent Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics. He has since had a decorated career that has seen him win numerous medals, seven gold medals at the Commonwealth Games, five gold medals at the European Championships, a gold medal at the FINA Diving World Series, and a gold at the FINA Diving World Cup.
Jack’s career highlight was winning gold at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympics, teaming up with Chris Mears.
