Chris Appleton Bio
Chris Appleton is a hairstylist born in Leicester, United Kingdom, on June 14, 1983. He started styling hair at a young age, getting his first job at a salon at 13. In 2010, he won Eastern Hairdresser of the Year, and Most Wanted IT Boy. The same year, London TV's Hairdresser of the Year named him Young Talent of the Year.
Rita Ora was his first celebrity client. Chris was responsible for the changes in the hairstyles of Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, and Ariana Grande in 2017. Vogue UK named him Hair Star. His work has appeared in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Marie Claire, Grazia, and L’Officiel Paris. He is the global creative director of Color Wow.
Chris had worked with several fashion houses for their seasonal shows, including Chanel, Vivienne Westwood, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Saint Laurent, Tom Ford, and Valentino. He frequently works with Kim Kardashian West.
