Dani Elle Speegle Bio
Dani Elle Speegle (born January 10, 1993 in Conifer, Colorado, USA) is an American CrossFit athlete, weightlifter, and fitness influencer. She first became a part of CrossFit in September 2015, when her gym coach, Asante Richards, encouraged her to try CrossFit contests.
Growing up, Dani was extremely interested in athletics and sports. Her favorite sports were soccer and diving. As she grew older, she slowly lost her initial interest in soccer and diving and began to experiment with other sports including volleyball, track, and club volleyball, while she studied in Conifer, Colorado.
In 2016, Dani started competing in CrossFit. She earned a defining victory at the 2018 South East CrossFit Regionals, and by 2019, she had won the whole competition in the Women’s Division. In July 2020, Dani played in Titan Games season 2 and became the season finale winner alongside fellow Coloradoan, Matt Chan.
