Stanley Martin Lieber, popularly known as Stan Lee, was born on December 28, 1922 in New York City, New York. He is an American comic-book writer, editor, film executive producer, and publisher. Two notable awards Stan Lee has won are The Will Eisner Award Hall of Fame and Jack Kirby Hall of Fame. Stan collaborated with other authors like Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and John Romita Sr. He and his collaborators created many fictional characters – Spider-Man, the Hulk, Doctor Strange, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Daredevil, Thor, Black Panther, the X-Men, and many others that have been popular for decades. He has also written books, including Amazing Fantastic Incredible.
