Liam Hemsworth was born on the 13th of January 1990 in Melbourne and is an Australian actor. The younger brother of actor Chris Hemsworth, his career began with the role of Josh Taylor In the long running and highly successful soap opera Neighbours, which he then followed up as Marcus in the children’s series The Elephant Princess, alongside a young Margot Robbie.
Breaking into Hollywood in 2010 with the Miley Cyrus starring romantic film The Last Song, Hemsworth then went on to be cast as one of the leads in The Hunger Games, a film adaptation of the book of the same name, portraying Gale Hawthorne alongside Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutchinson. Hemsworth then went on to work in Independence Day: Resurgence and currently holds fourteen award nominations to his name, having won four awards so far.
