Edwin McCain is an American singer and songwriter born in 1970 on January 20th in Charleston, South Carolina. Edwin discovered his love for music from an early age when he sang in the church’s choir. In 1995, McCain signed a musical contract with Lava. He released his debut album soon after titled Honor Among Thieves. One song on the album titled, Solitude, got a lot of attention and appeared on VH1 music channel.
McCain released his second album titled Misguided Roses in 1997, and Messenger in 1999. He released many other albums throughout his career including 2006's Lost in America and 2011’s Mercy Bound. He collaborated with Lee Brice, Maia Sharp, and Mikaz.
In 2016, the singer/songwriter released Oh Edwin, Where Art Thou? An EP with three songs.
